Cannabis/Medical Marijuana Law
Devon has extensive experience representing medical marijuana companies in the state of Florida (“Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers”), as well as certified marijuana testing laboratories (“CMTLs”). Her work includes facilitating MMTC license purchases and sales, ensuring compliance with Florida’s laws and rules, and advising on operational and legal challenges unique to the cannabis industry.
Devon also previously served as an adjunct college professor, teaching a course on Florida's cannabis laws. This experience honed her ability to break down complex legal and regulatory frameworks into practical, non-legal terms, enabling clients and their employees to clearly understand and apply the laws to their operations.
With a deep understanding of Florida's medical marijuana framework, Devon delivers strategic guidance to help clients navigate this complex and evolving area of law.
